We are a not for profit group of designers collaborating to make Seattle a little more awesome. We do public art, experimentation, & creative skill building

The Seattle Design Nerds was established in 2014 as a chapter of the international Design Nerds Society and incorporated as a non-profit in 2015 in Washington State.

We're like minded designers who join forces to work on public interest projects which are funded via grant or donation. No topic or medium is off-limits our only goal is to make Seattle a little more awesome.

Joining the Seattle Design Nerds is free and easy. There are no dues, all we want is your passion for great design and a willingness to improve your city. The best way to get involved with us is to simply attend any of our meetups, however we also have a Discord server where we announce upcoming meetings/events and discuss projects and that’s a great way for anyone to jump into a project or follow from a distance.
